Naserian Axis is a US-registered, African women-led consulting firm. We don't treat our American identity and our African roots as separate stories; they're the same firm, built on the same evidence base, working both directions at once.
Most consulting firms working in the US either understand development or they understand American business, nonprofit, and public-sector systems. Few understand both well enough to move fluidly between them.
That gap shows up when an entrepreneur needs a strategy partner who understands two markets at once; when a US nonprofit's Africa programming needs a continuous improvement cycle, performance tracking and learning, and feedback loop and quality control and adaptation that satisfy both their board and their donors; or when a public institution wants gender and equity advisory grounded in lived expertise rather than a template.

“We built Naserian Axis to close that gap.”

You don't need another consultant who hands you a framework and leaves. You need one who helps you build the systems that make the strategy stick. We work with impact-driven companies, mission-led enterprises, and financial institutions building out ESG and CSR practice, who want a strategic partner rather than a report generator.
Our approach is the same one we bring to Non Profits, Women Led Organizations, Women Led Businesses, UN agencies and bilateral donors: evidence-based, context-grounded, and built for implementation, not just approval. Most strategy work treats equity as a separate workstream. We build it into the operating model from day one because organizations that embed inclusion structurally outperform the ones that bolt it on at reporting time.

Your board needs governance. Your donors need compliance. Your programs need to actually work in the contexts where you deliver them. We build systems that hold all three at once.
We support US-based nonprofits and foundations, particularly those running or funding programming across Africa with the organizational development, MEL, and fundraising infrastructure that donor-grade work requires. Our team has sat on both sides of this relationship: designing programs for donor compliance, and holding donors accountable to genuine partnership.

You're not choosing between the US and Africa. You're building something that moves between both and most advisory firms aren't built for that.
Naserian Axis was founded by African women who've spent careers working across exactly this line: US institutions and African contexts, donor systems and grassroots realities, global standards and local knowledge. We bring that same fluency to diaspora entrepreneurs and social enterprises building ventures that operate on both sides of the Atlantic.
We're not translating one market's playbook for the other. We built our firm at the intersection, so the strategy we give you already accounts for both.

Public institutions need equity and inclusion frameworks that can withstand scrutiny because they're built on evidence and lived expertise, not assumption.
Naserian Axis supports federal, state, and local government institutions with gender, equity, and inclusion advisory grounded in political economy analysis and rigorous monitoring and evaluation practices.
We welcome a conversation — no obligation, no sales pitch. Just an honest discussion about your needs and whether we are the right fit.
